How the system is built to stay shut

Your health data stays on your device wherever it possibly can. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use it to train anything.
With your explicit permission, from Apple Health: heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps, distance, workouts, body mass and composition, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, and any water or meals you logged. Permission is per-category and you can withdraw it at any time.
Only what a feature genuinely cannot do locally: a meal photograph at the moment you scan it, and the text of what you ask Nova. Processed, not retained for training.
Nobody. No advertising SDKs, no analytics brokers, no data partners. The only third parties are Apple and Cloudflare, both acting as infrastructure.
Export everything we hold, delete your account and all server-side data permanently, withdraw any permission at any time. Deletion is real deletion, not a flag.

You sign in with Apple or Google, and you’re responsible for keeping that account secure. One account is for one person.
Life OS Pro is billed monthly through Apple and renews until cancelled. You cancel in your Apple ID settings, not with us. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features may change as the product develops.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

It is a wellness and fitness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and has not been evaluated by any medical regulator for that purpose.
Calorie burn, sleep scoring, recovery and macro targets are calculated from sensor data and published formulas. They are informative, not clinical. Where there isn’t enough data to be honest about a number, the app says so instead of showing one.
Before starting a new training programme, changing your diet significantly, or acting on anything the app suggests — particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, an eating disorder, diabetes, or take medication that interacts with diet or exercise.
Life OS does not detect medical emergencies and must never be relied on to. If you feel unwell, contact emergency services.

The entire system runs on Apple and Cloudflare. No other host, no other database, no third-party SDKs in the app. Every additional vendor is another way in, so there aren’t any.
Sign-in is Apple or Google only. We never see, store or transmit a password — so there is no password database to steal and no credential to phish.
Health data stays on your device unless a feature genuinely cannot work without sending it. Nova’s voice is generated on your phone. Data that never leaves cannot be intercepted.
Everything moves over TLS, and server-side storage is encrypted at rest. API access is gated by a shared application token, and every request is checked against it before it reaches anything.
Static, served from Cloudflare’s edge with a strict Content Security Policy and HSTS. No server-side rendering, no database behind it, and therefore no injection surface.
Application source is private. Secrets live in Cloudflare’s encrypted environment, never in the repository, and are rotatable without a client update.
